When Will School Reopen in Haryana in 2022?
In light of the decline in COVID-19 cases, the education minister of Haryana, Kanwar Pal, has stated that schools for Classes 1 through 9 reopened on February 10, 2022. While addressing the media, Kanwar Pal stated, "The COVID-19 situation is now under control, and school opening instructions have been issued.
It will be optional for students to visit the school in person to take classes; they will also be able to attend classes online. All preparations have been done for both in-person and online instruction."
"The examination will be administered offline exclusively, and students should be fully prepared. There is no possibility of resistance or debate to this position, "he added.
In December last year, schools, universities, and educational institutions were shuttered owing to an increase in COVID cases. Previously, classes 10, 11, and 12 pupils were permitted to attend school on February 1 for doubt-clearing sessions.
Schools and government offices in Haryana resumed.
Meanwhile, state governments have stated that government offices reopened on February 9 and that all staff is free to return to work due to the drop in COVID cases.
As of February 9, 2022, " given the fall in the number of COVID cases and positive rate, it has been determined by the government that all employees/officers working in any exemption must report to work regularly," according to a notice published by the state government.

As of that time, In the last twenty-four hours, 1303 new cases of infection were recorded in Haryana, including 94 instances of the Omicron variety.
