• In the event of an arbitration, we reserve the right to provide the procedure for appointment of the Arbitration Tribunal as prescribed under prevailing laws and binding precedents.
• The arbitrator has the right to award or include in his award any relief that he deems proper, including unliquidated damages and enforcement of liquidated damages (with interest on unpaid amounts from the date due), specific performance, injunctive relief, and expenses , provided that the arbitrator may not declare any taxes, penalties, revenue charges, or assignments of intellectual property, or any other point of dispute for which a special court or tribunal may have been established by the Government of India.
